Put mine on Craigslist and will be selling it on Wednesday.  Now I can go pickup my new cart.

I dunno man. While the authorities may not have regulated you out of business, they DID change the rules of the game – requiring you to sell (most likely at a loss) a perfectly good cart to purchase a new “compliant” cart.

I’d be pissed.

They didn’t change the rules on me.  I bought this for a private property site and we found a better spot on a public right of way.  I’ve known all along what the size requirements were.  I got this thing for next to nothing.  It was a great deal then and I’m making money on it by selling it.
