most places traditionally just use pepper and maybe a small pinch of salt to season the meat while cooking it. since you’re using such a good quality meat, you really shouldn’t need anything else!
i’d be leary of mrs. dash – lots of salt/msg in most of their offerings. would be too easy to end up with too much and that would ruin the taste of the meat!
