Scallops, Al? Really? I thought it was oysters…hehe. Ed-I dont buy pre cooked shrimp too much anymore-but a great tip for defrosting said fare-put a bay leaf and Old Bay seasoning in the water you defrost the shrimp in……….
I was referring to the fresh shrimp on the grocery store seafood counter. The ones where the clerk will ask if you want them steamed or uncooked.
Most of the pre-cooked frozen shrimp have too much breading for my liking.
