Beer steamed shrimp. Put a couple of cups of water in the steamer pot. Add 1/4 cup beer, 1/4 cup vinegar and 1/4 cup Old Bay. Steam shrimp for just a few minutes.
I just steam shell-on shrimp with beer. I’ve used Old Bay a few times in the beer, but mostly I just use beer alone. After steaming I ice the shrimp down and serve them with catsup and horseradish — mix your own and dunk.
