Shad roe has to be way up on my list. Black Sea Bass(Tautog) is certainly my favorite fish, deep fried little whole catfish, found only in the South in my experience, are a delight; lump Chesapeake Bay crab meat has to be high on the list; and oysters on the half shell I wouldn’t want to live without.
