I use either kosher or sea salt, but keep a box of regular in the cupboard also. The sodium content on my box of kosher salt is lower per serving than both the sea salt and regular iodized salt, but I don’t use a lot anyway. I prefer the texture of the kosher over either of the others. I’d love to try the Himalayan salt, I never remember to look for it at the store.
