My salts of choice are:
Himalayan Pink crystals which I grind and use the most.
Morton’s coarse Kosher salt.
Malden sea salt crystals. I like to crush them in my hand and then sprinkle.
Fleur de Sel. Expensive but, great taste.
 
All are used very sparingly.
