I get my Cajun Boudin fix from Poches or the Cajun Grocer a couple times a year.

I’ve heard many good things about the Cajun Grocer but have never ordered from them. Poches is simply outstanding. My usual 10 lb. order is a mixture of boudin, andouille, and tasso. Am planning on a turducken for this winter, have you ever tried one?
