1. Phone the store manager to notify them of your problem

2. Return the item for credit/refund.

3. Check to see if the store altered the situation on the shelves after you return your item. If Yes, let it go at that point.
If they didn’t do anything, then…

4. Notify your state consummer action agency or County Health agency and or your favorite TV ‘Ombudsman’.
