What can I say…We all have different lifestyles. I’m a big proponent of cooking from scratch, as were my folks. To me there’s nothing better than a kitchen filled with aroma of a home cooked meal. I also like to control the type and quality of what goes down my gullet and not rely on the food industry.
When I’m not doing the seven day a week thing, I plan the week’s menu and shop on Sunday, so its all there to cook-up when I get home. Right now I stop at Price Chopper almost every night to pick up something which adds a half hour to the process, but I really think its worth it.
