Seriously? How hard is to make fresh mashed potatoes? A little peeling (optional), water, salt pepper, butter, milk and 35 minutes of your time…most of which you can use cooking your main dish.

I have never understood the desire for a product to replace real mashed potatoes…from my childhood watching my neighbors eat potato flavored paste to the pre-packaged stuff now available..
