Joe thanks for your previous answers. Do you operate cart or Enclosed cart/truck. The reason I asked is I just got off phone with NH HD and told me no peppers, onions and no chili even canned “officially” and then told me no precooked suasage unless in enclosed cooking environment with full kitchen. Do you serve sausage, peppers onions, chili. However if i am at fair or town event I can get waived under town rules. my head is spinning from talking to MA and NH hd’s.

I know I’m not Joedog but what do your written regulations say?? Sometimes the person on the other end of the phone just wants to hang up and will just say anything to end it. I suggest going and getting (or downloading if possible) your regulations from the actual office. Speaking to someone face to face always produces results(whether good or bad).
