My esteemed competition has a lock on the market and they are all about gimmick with dogs that don’t have the best reputation, shall we say.

WK-Your competition must have something going if they have a lock on the market. I’ve always found the best strategy is to look for all the best things your competition does. Their weak areas will take care of themselves. You can really benefit from identifying their strong areas and incorporating them in your business. You can learn a lot from a bad business by picking out their best traits. The ones that are keeping them in business. Never under estimate and be humble.
Here’s hoping you go in and get your own lock on the market. Just suggestions. Good luck

Tasty Dogs

Good advice.  I didn’t mean to seem cocky.  They’ve got the prime tourist foot traffic locations locked.  There’s plenty of room for good dogs elsewhere.  Thanks for the tips.
