Ah, summer sausage, trail bologna, cheese and crusty bread, plus some pears and grapes. Soft drinks for the kids and wine for the grownups. Make sure everyone has a knife to cut their own chunks of meat, cheese and bread (although I always prefer to tear off my pieces of bread), and some cups for the wine (unless your wine is in a bota), and you have a wonderful picnic.
