Late on the reply but Philly is crawling with a foodie scene.  Reading Terminal of course is always a good stop, it’s back in trend.  Food trucks are out terminal in.
 
One unique restaurant is Lolita (Market East).  It’s byo-tequila mexican place.  Patio/sidewalk dining.  Great vibe.  It’s next to a good throw back cocktail bar.
