I serve my kraut warm.
Also on condiments, the locals will tell you what they would like.
Here they liked hot mustard, hot ketchup, texas pete. So I thought, an put out jalapeno slices. They did not touch the jalapenos at all. Go figure. Hot chow went over big here also. To hot for me. Look locally. Most small stores sell everything these people request. Celery salt not big but had three people request it. Got from Rite Aid Phar. $ 0.50
Cheap and they where happy.
