Papa Murphy’s came to town this month. I bought a pizza from them. Took it home. Baked it. Ate it. I won’t be going back. The taste reminded me of one of those awful $4 frozen pizzas that you buy at the supermarket that are fit for a dog.
Ingredients were fresher than a frozen pizza, but fresh ingredients alone don’t make a pizza. They really need to work on the dough. I asked for thin crust. What I got was what they think of as thin crust (1/2 inch thick). Believe me, that’s not thin crust–not even close. The dough just ruined it for me.
