I offer grilled onions, just oil water and onions. I want to offer something with a little more “wow” to it. Grilled onions are good but is anybody doing anything better. I was thinking carmalized onions, has anyone tried this with much luck?
I do peppers and onions also which is fine but still just peppers and onions. Looking for something with some more flavor.
A simple add is lemon pepper to the pepper/onion mixture. They brown nicely but also adds a little tang flavor to them. All the other suggestions are great too. DD
