I wish there were more refectories in the US–a place to eat located in a church.  I don’t know if Holy Hill qualifies as a refectory, but I think they’re lovely.  And that looks like the spread of pies to end all.  I would have had a really hard time deciding from that list.  Lovely brats too Cliff!
