Sounds good, but you need a better location to get those numbers up. I scoped out a few industrial parks, but didn’t see the traffic counts that I felt I would need. And knowing quite a few people that work in these parks, lunch breaks are normally 30 minutes, not much time to run out for food, and many shops have food on site, at least in my area.
Any expressways or state routes near by that you could set up on with some big parking lots? Even a vacant lot? My first spot was off of a state route with big parking, wish it would have worked out, but the numbers on my first day were over $100 and know one even knew I was coming. On my new location, off of the eway, my three days there have bagged me around $400 gross, most of the business was on my second and third day. My first day there, 2nd location, was a bust at around $40.
All in all, my first 4 days selling food I have made more money than I did in my final 2 months of trucking.
I think you need to get out of that business park.
