   I am a Rockies fan since we paid to have the stadium built for them.

  I was living in Colorado Springs at the time and had a boss who owned several restaurants and bars all over Colorado. I worked for him for 7 years opening new stores everywhere. While my brief stint as a sous chef at The Ritz Grill in CSCO I had the pleasure of attending a Rockies game with the “BOSS.”

  Since I was the rookie of the line, I could only attend the game if I wore “the chicken suit.” That thing must have weighed about 20 lbs. Everybody got a great laugh and my tickets and refreshments were on the “BOSS” for the entire day.

  B.T.W. That was the first home series that the Rockies played against the Chicago Cubs.
