Healthy: Thanks for all the tips!  I will consider the shaved ice idea.  I know how bad FLorida can be.  I opened a restaurant a few years back and it was hell getting all the licensing in order.  Being in Key West is even worse since it is so far from the mainland.  Getting the Health Inspector to come down took forever.  I think we have our own down here now.  Fortunately, I only have to pay a yearly fee for the city license ($650) and no daily or set up fees.  And the spots don’t belong to anyone, it’s first come.
