I would certainly have to agree about kitchen gadgets. I can’t even begin to remember all the things that have come and gone in the last 20-30 years. I would disagree about the electric knife, I’ve had the same one for probably 25 years and though I only use it 3-4 times a year it come super handy for slicing corned beef or pork tenderloin very thin. Probably paid $20 for it so I’ve gotten my moneys worth.
