I got my vinyl cutter from a company called USCutter. I bought their MH series “house brand” cutter. It is not a high end roland or graphtek, but will do just fine for the simple stuff I need to do. My neighbor, who does boat engine repairs already want to hire me to do boat registration numbers and some odd graphics. You can see the equipment on the USCutter website, but their eBay store has better prices. They sell supplies too, but beacongraphics.com has a better variety.

I am going to deal with the “starter” software that comes with the machine, as real “pro” software goes for hundreds of dollars.

I don’t want to get into the sign biz, just want to save some money and have my cart look more professional at the same time.
