But, I don’t see the point of harassing a first-time poster with questions, rather than answering the questions that were asked. There has been recent discussion on the reasons why new users feel unwelcome, and this might be a prime example.

Well, then put me in the penalty box. I don’t see it as harassment.
I welcome the OP with open arms, it’s just when I read his post, I see a deer in the head lights.
Is everyone a winner? Do we all deserve trophies? No.
As someone in foodservice for 30+ years, and 10 of that dealing with mobile foodservice, the op’s post is full of red flags. Rarely will you find a health dept that will allow cooking of raw meat on a cart, in addition to the deep fryers.
I hope he does come back with a comment that everything is hunky dory, all his ducks are in a row, he has the health depts blessing and a two year lease with the college on a busy corner.
