How much research have you done? Do you have a market?
Do you know your competition?
How much meat do they put in their cheese steak?
Can you cook raw meat from a cart in MI? Can you have an open fryer?
Do you have a HACCP Plan or what ever other safety plan is required from the HD?
Do you know your health dept? Will they allow this cart?
Do you know what city/county licenses are needed? Insurance?
Have you secured a location with the college?
Do you have a commissary?
What type of meat will you use? Where will you get your bread?
