I have sold the 5-1 in our cafe, Nathans has great brand recognition, all beef, never had a complaint. The dog is .52 bun .18 total cost with basic condiments/paper will be about .85 sell for $3.25 at a 26% food cost………………….Sound good to me ……………….good luck…..BillyB
