I did a taste test the other day between nathans n/c and a kayem n/c. there was three of us tasting we all thought the kayem (it was the one with pork and chicken too) won. around here it seems to be boars head that sells, to me the boars head is to smokey, I think price wise the boars head and kayem bout the same.the nathens casing was a little tough now they were both prepared in water …………….I was going to grill em but…………….none of them hung around long enough to grill   LOL Buck.P.S the fryer is in, All propane is hooked up, tested pressures, leaks, and ready to go !! going to do some cooking on that ole grill tonite !!
