I buy buns from Sam’s in the deli area, but they are from European Bakers.  They are a 7″ bun that can be steamed or not.  I like them steamed, but work great if just defrosted.

What do you pay for them? Do they come frozen?

They come frozen with 8 12 bun packages (96 total) and I think my price is around $15.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like a good backup if my reg supply hits a snag. Think I’ll get 3-4 cases. I assume they will keep for 30-60 days. Am I right?
