I noticed that Sams Club café sells Nathans hotdogs and buns by the case. Anyone sell or have any experience with Nathans. The people who work the counter are not too versed in the re-selling aspect of the business. From what I gathered 160 ¼ pound franks for $83.95 and 96 buns for $16.95.
Hi Jody. I sell and have experience with Nathans. I’ve written this before but it may be helpful. When trying to decide what to carry, I did a blind taste test with 6 people and 6 different dogs. All 6 people chose Nathans.
I get them at Rest. Depot for $.33/ea. 8 to 1’s. They also sell 7 to 1’s and 4 to 1’s. They didn’t carry them till I asked them too, so don’t be afraid to ask.
DadsDogs…those foils are for franchise owners. You can’t get them unless you sign on with them. At least that’s the way it was 1 1/2 years ago. When I contacted Nathans they told me I wasn’t even allowed to use their name without a signed agreement with them. (not a franchise agreement). Mostly for liability reasons. They want to be named on your insurance policy, among other requirements.
That’s what I figured. Thanks for the info. DD
