…..OK, you’re not going to believe this. Ball Park came in first and Colemens 2nd. Hope this doesn’t ruin my rep on this site. But I will always try to be honest. (Ball Park over Nathans???????????).
But like me and most of my friends, we don’t like caviar either!
Ball Park came in first? Did they have a panel of 6 year old kids or what?
It is true that Ball Park franks have the same taste of a Ball Park concession stand hot dog. Which is a really cheap waterlogged frank served on a stale bun – for $4.50.
At least you can buy the 8/1 Ball Parks for $1.99 pack at and stale buns for 70% off at the supermarket to enjoy that “authentic” Ball Park flavor without the concession stand pricing.
A proper “push cart” hot dog must have a natural casing IMO. This is why people keep coming back. They are used to skinless dogs and often wonder why the Sabrett’s served up at a pushcart taste better than the pack they bought at the supermarket.
