And if you actually met Gordon Ramsay, which a very close member of my family has (during one of his other shows, not at a public appearance – meaning this family member was on the show for an episode and spent more than fleeting moments speaking with him), you would realize that he gets paid plenty to be a “psycho”, as you call him. He’s very, very nice and personable. But people only go by what they see on TV, and assume they’re that way “in real life”. And I say no more on here about it, because you won’t believe me anyway.

I have no doubt that Ramsey is a ‘nice guy’ in ‘real life’.  The persona he puts forth is much like that of a pro wrestler – for entertainment purposes only. 
 
On the other hand I have no doubt that some of the ‘butter wouldn’t melt in my mouth-types’ are probably diva-like horror shows in real life ([:X]Giada[:X] excepted, of course).
