I was wondering if it was true or not that the Mop sink in a restaurant has to be a certain distance from the cooking area. How true is this? if so what is the distance? I have been doing a little research and came up with nothing. Thank you.
I would think the danger is splashing dirty water contaminating the cooking surfaces and food. So most likely the HD does have guide lines for this. But, the final answer must be from your HD.
