so to avoid any lack of pressure or equipment not working, I decided to put in a dedicated line to my steamer, the first line will feed my future equipment & also feeds my replacement water heater once I get it.  I think I’m rushing to get open and not thinking clearly… I need to walk away for a day or so on this build, put my steamer in my Jeep and take it somewhere that they can see what I need.

Wild Dog….No need to run a dedicated line to the steamer. Just think about how a home with gas appliances is piped. One common line branched off to different points of use. Just take your time and think things through. Bummers about your gas heater. One word of advice is to always use two wrenches when tightening or loosening fittings. One backs up the other to avoid any unnecessary stress on the connection.
