Wild Dog….Did you purge the gas line. Try cycling it a few time to get rid of any air still in the piping. Also check your water pressure. According to their manual the unit requires a minimum of about 1 liter per minute and a minimum of about 30 PSI* Note, water pressure is at the lower end of operating parameters. You will need a sustained water pressure of approximately 40-60 PSI for adequate use. Good luck.
