I love lots of snow during winter but once pitchers and catchers report to training camp it’s time for it all to melt away.
 
The temperature hit 81 degrees here yesterday and that bested the earliest recorded statewide date for an 80-plus reading by 2 full weeks.  There’s a slough about a quarter mile behind my house and tonight the peepers are making lots of noise…just unheard of for March 16.
