Everything that you’ve listed looks fine. The remoulade seems strange to me though. We like remoulade on fish and onion rings here in the USA.
The remoulade and crispy onions are a nod to the Scandinavians in London. I understand that they are very popular toppings on the Polse (pork hot dogs) that are sold all over Denmark and Sweden, so since they are simple to buy and store I thought I’d make them an option.
