Any thoughts on weekly number$? I have done the usual searches but there really are no numbers that I could find. I am thinking around $300 to $500 a day gross depending on the day and weather. Menu will consist of dogs, burgers, egg sandwiches, Philly’s, coffee, pop and ice cream. All that healthy stuff. I also have a car dealer next door and a few mom and pop shops across the street. The only food around, within 2-3 miles, is the McDonalds in the Menard’s parking lot.
