I called and left a message with one gal and within 30 minutes I had a return call from another gentleman that I am now in contact with at corporate. I called them initially about setting up a few days a week. They were cool with that, but stated that they would rather have me full time. But, he would work with me on the hours and days. Myself, I would like to do a few days there and a few days elsewhere to test the waters. And yes, I can be up early to serve coffee and donuts. [8D]

Honestly corporate sounded excited to hear from me. As I have said before, it is a real pain in the rear to get the needed licenses up here to serve food to the public. And the fact that the only food within three miles is McD’s, maybe the employees are asking for some food on site. Every time I go in there I always ask where is the hot dog cart!
