Hello All,
I love mashed potatoes with plenty of pepper and salt in
it.  and when I am in a mood, I’ll swirl in some yellow mustard.
Mashed potatoes goes with any meat I eat…any meat.
It is the perfect side dish, and mix it corn, it is even better.

Yes., I agree, I can make a whole meal of mashed potatoes and corn that has been cooked with some butter!! Or peas…
