Still studying locations and plan on doing lunch 5 days per week. No meatballs, just keep it simple with my Vienna beef product. This week the agenda is to get my cart up to speed as it needs a new burner and pilot on one side, put new tires on it, get my insurance , and get it inspected and licensed in the town. The town next door has an annual festival next weekend which I have worked in the past so I may mosey on over there to shake the cobwebs off. Its been a year or two since I worked my cart.
