Dennis: We shared some hamburgers, both marinated and stuffed with spices, with Brooklyn Bill and his wife last night. Couldn’t tell the difference and they were both excellent. Brooklyn Bill is much more familiar with Lums and Ollie burgers that I ever was and he declared the burgers to be the real thing. The bun sauce, which we used as a dipping sauce , was a real hit – those spices do a lot for a pretty mundane French dressing as produced by Kens.
