New to my 1st build as well, I got to thinking, with a deep fryer, grill, broiler and hot water heater, will I actually need all of these to have their own regulator or is there a regulator capable of handling all of this or is each piece of equipment a need of its own based on manufacturer design?
I have a 1998 P 30 old Mac tool truck with a factory installed under carriage propane tank but am not sure what size it is, its pretty big though.

so you have to figure out how much gas each device needs to operate. thats a lot of stuff. I am not sure how the food trucks are setup but it sounds like you need a setup like that. I dont even know how many regulators or size gas line either. you need to pick a food truck builders brain. some trucks I have seen have over 100 lb tanks. and in some places the tanks need thier own locked area out of the main food area. like in a tank bay or something.
