I have 30 lb tank on that was given to me and was planning to have another. The only reason I got the 24 inch range is because my wife make cakes and desserts as well and she will need an oven with it. We are serving her native Brazilian food I probably won’t need more than two of the burners yes but the oven was the key. Thank everyone for their help and do you all think I will need bigger tanks now that I’ve explained a bit of what’s going on?
