Okay, I can have a griddle, need 4 sinks, no more than 4’x6′ cooking/display area (including wheels),  I am in Ohio.  I have looked at All A Cart in person and Carls Carts online.  I was thinking about Ben’s Carts but they look to be riveted together.  Are they?  I was also looking at All American, but the largest griddle that they offer is 18×18.  I am together everywhere else with this business, but not with what type of cart is best.  I just know that I do not want to steam my hotdogs.
