Thanks ice cream man, I had thought about that also. She does own the property outright and could carry the paper. Its an older place and I feel that she is asking a bit too much and even though they have the bar up and running (on the weekends so they can keep the license) they said they were just about ready to open up the kitchen and what I saw in the kitchen was uhem, disaster, and a lot of elbow grease. And then it has to be inspected and passed by the health dept……..I really appreciate all the information and help you guys are giving me.
