I have bought boneless thighs at the grocery store before.  I do not know how they debone the thighs.  I fried them the regular way and somehow they do not taste the same without the bone???  KFC in Knoxville is actually pretty good.  Roz and I on occasion do their buffet and we are able to get fresh dropped chicken.
