I used to grill up, on the BBQ, 1/2 pounders. I used the “Canadian Seasoning” you can find at Sam’s Club, put around 3 to 4 tablespoons in a steam pan filled with water. I sold a bunch of them, and they were juicy. No one seemed to mind, and it did keep them from drying out. One of the better burgers that I have had as long as the lettuce and condiments were fresh, and never had anyone complain with allot of repeat customers as they were a good seller. We did about 20 to 30 during lunch out of our little in the middle of no where takeout joint. My best sellers were the grilled sandwiches and my club sandwich, I could not keep up.
