Our cart is constantly evolving. In other words, we just can’t leave “well enough” alone. We picked up a gas side burner for a gas grill. It had a $102 sticker on it but we bought it ����for less than half of that at an auction we were working.  Right now the burner is free floating. For now, it’s hooked up to a 1 lb disposable tank and sitting on a cutting board over the triple sink but we will be cutting a hole in the counter top (where the former bun warmer… that’s not a bum warmer anymore) used to sit. Once it’s permanently mounted I will take pictures and post it on our photobucket page… Need to update it since we have been glassing in the cart and built a permanent mount bun warmer into the cart. I have LOTS of tempered glass discarded from the skoolie windows. We have found a use for some of them on the cart. So far we’ve used 6 panels on the cart and we still need to glass in one big opening (needs to be able to be removed for summer use). I also have 2 pieces of plexi that was used as replacement “glass” so that will probably end up being placed in the door screen area… somehow.
