How are you able to offer all those dog varieties without putting them all in the same water bath….or DO YOU put them all in the same water bath?  I just built an EZ cart, so tryin to figure that one out.

Yes I do use same water bath to boil everything. The only thing that I don’t want to mix  with others is the spicy hot link. As I tell the customers, it’s hot, it’s spicy, it’s greasy, it’s delicious! To keep the hot spices from bleeding into water, I use ZipLock bags. Works good. The Polish and brats don’t affect the taste of dogs. Have tested throughly.
